The leopards are officially eating faces over in Trumpland.
It seems the honeymoon phase is over for at least one die-hard supporter.
Shawn Ryan, the MAGA podcaster and former Navy SEAL who supported Trump’s run for president in 2024, has apparently seen the light.
Or at least, he has seen enough to realize he’s been had.
Ryan took to X on Monday to post a video that is essentially a scream into the void.
He is absolutely furious.
And who is he mad at?
The Trump Justice Department and Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The Stock Market Defense? Really?
Let’s talk about Pam Bondi for a second.
According to the report, during a House Judiciary Committee hearing, she protested against lawmakers interrogating her on the president’s past affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein.
Her defense was not exactly a legal masterpiece.
She was shouting that the Dow stock market index was “up 50,000” under Trump.
Yes, because high stock prices definitely cancel out alleged associations with sex traffickers.
Ryan was not impressed by this deflection.
“Nobody gives a f*ck,” Ryan said in his video.
He didn’t stop there.
“What you should be talking about is how you are going to investigate and prosecute any pedophiles that are running around on Epstein Island that you’re affiliated with.”
He called out the administration for failing to “prosecute any pedophiles” after the release of the Epstein files.
The Great “Drain the Swamp” Con
Ryan pointed out the glaring hypocrisy of the current administration.
He mimicked the excuse he believes they are using: “if we prosecute everybody the whole system would go down.”
Then he connected the dots to the biggest campaign slogan of them all.
“Well, you know what that sounds like? That sounds like how Trump ran his campaign: ‘Let’s drain the swamp.’”
He asked a very poignant question for a guy who voted for this mess.
“Doesn’t that sound a lot like draining the swamp?”
He noted that the opportunity to drain said swamp was “served up to you on a f*cking silver platter” but the administration isn’t taking it.
Instead, Ryan claims: “You’re gonna protect pedophiles! You’re going to protect pedophiles rather than go after them and hope that everybody’s happy that the Dow hit 50,000.”
He ended that thought with a simple question: “Are you f*cking out of your mind?!”
Lies Stacking Up Fast
It is almost tragic to watch the realization dawn on him in real time.
Ryan admitted that the whole “drain the swamp” promise was likely “another fcking bullsht lie.”
He sounded genuinely shocked by the volume of dishonesty.
“Man, the lies are stacking up fast. I’ve never seen so many fcking lies appear in, what, a year? It’s only been a fcking year! Look at all the f*cking lies!”
Only a year?
It feels like a century to the rest of us.
Doing the DOJ’s Job for Them
Ryan also defended an unlikely duo: Reps. Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Thomas Massie (R-KY).
Administration officials had been attacking them.
Why?
Because their backing of a discharge petition was key to the eventual release of the Epstein documents.
Ryan defended them, saying: “They’re trying to do the fcking job of the entire Department of Justice because nobody over there will do their fcking job when it comes to putting pedophiles away in prison.”
He had some choice words for the administration attacking these representatives.
“So you give him sht because two people are trying to do the job of the entire Department of Justice,” he said. “Fck you, f*ck you.”
He also demanded that “shocked” congressmembers take what they learned to the floor of the legislature where speech is protected.
“So here’s a tip. Get to f*cking work. Permission granted!” he raged.
Aliens? Please.
Finally, Ryan saved a little rage for former President Barack Obama.
This was regarding a podcast appearance where Obama suggested aliens were “real.”
Ryan thinks the timing is suspicious.
“Right in the middle of the biggest pedophile ring exposed in the f*cking world, all of a sudden, we’re gonna drop that aliens are real?”
He was not having it.
“Fck you, motherfcker,” he railed. “Fck you. Fcking aliens? F*ck off.”
It is chaos on the right, and honestly?
We love to see it.
