“OUTRIGHT LYING”: Federal Judge Dismantles Trump Border Patrol Chief’s Testimony as ‘Not Credible’

Oh, look.

Another “law and order” hero just got caught doing the exact opposite of following the law.

If you thought the Trump administration couldn’t get any more chaotic, buckle up.

A federal judge just completely dismantled the credibility of Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino.

According to a FOX 9 Minneapolis investigation, Judge Sara Ellis didn’t mince words.

She found that Bovino was “evasive,” “not credible,” and at times “outright lying” under oath.

You read that right.

The people running Trump’s immigration machine aren’t just cruel.

They apparently have a very difficult relationship with the truth.

The Receipts Are Absolutely Brutal

Let’s look at the facts provided by FOX 9.

Judge Ellis reviewed hours of sworn testimony and bodycam footage regarding Operation Midway Blitz.

That was the lovely Trump-era ICE surge that terrorized Chicago communities.

Bovino tried to claim that “all uses of force have been more than exemplary.”

Judge Ellis wasn’t buying what he was selling.

She wrote that Bovino gave “cute” answers and contradicted himself.

He even denied tackling a protester.

The problem?

Video clearly showed him doing exactly that.

It is classic MAGA gaslighting.

They tell you not to believe your lying eyes.

“Deploy [Expletive] Gas”

It gets so much worse.

Video evidence shows Bovino ordering tear gas to be fired at protesters.

One of his own agents actually warned him it wasn’t necessary.

Did he listen?

Of course not.

“If you need to deploy gas, deploy [expletive] gas,” Bovino barked on camera.

Later, under oath, he admitted he gave zero warning before launching that chemical assault into a crowd.

But wait until you hear the excuse they cooked up.

The Magic Rock That Never Was

Bovino and the DHS claimed he deployed the gas because a rock hit him in the head.

The DHS even pushed this little fairy tale on social media.

But under questioning, Bovino’s story fell apart faster than a cheap suit.

First, he changed his story to say the rock “almost” hit him.

Then, he admitted the gas was fired before anything was thrown.

So, the justification for violence was a lie.

Judge Ellis summed it up perfectly.

She noted that the DHS’s “widespread misrepresentations” now call everything the agency says into question.

The Face of Trump’s Agenda

This isn’t just one bad apple.

This is the man the Trump administration keeps shoving into the spotlight.

Just last week, Bovino stood right beside DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.

She was busy defending an ICE agent who shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good in Minnesota.

Meanwhile, thousands of federal agents swarmed the state.

This is the playbook.

Lie under oath.

Gas protesters.

Deny the video evidence.

Repeat the lie until people get tired.

Congress needs to wake up and stop these criminal assaults on Americans who dare to protest.

We see you, Bovino.

And thanks to Judge Ellis, we know exactly what you are.
