Tavia Hunt Pushes Back on Report About Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding

Tavia Hunt is challenging a report about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding.

The wife of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt criticized claims made about the couple’s celebration.

The report said the wedding included a buffet and cited one guest who described that choice as “tacky.”

It also quoted another person who claimed the ceremony and reception were “slightly chaotic.”

The report alleged that celebrity guests, including Julia Roberts and Steven Spielberg, had to “stand in line” for food.

Digital creator and podcast host Zack Peter addressed the report in an Instagram Reel.

Tavia, 54, replied in the comments and rejected the account.

“This is such a false narrative,” Tavia wrote.

“They did not run out of champagne.”

“There were not long lines.”

She also said “every single person was seated for the ceremony.”

Tavia described the vows exchanged by the bride and groom as “spectacular – beautiful, heartfelt, and absolutely perfect.”

“It could not have been a more fabulous experience,” Tavia added.

“And frankly, it is inappropriate to say things like this when you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“That is hearsay – not truth.”

A source exclusively told PEOPLE that Swift, a 14-time Grammy winner, and Kelce, an NFL player, were “beaming” throughout the night.

Both Swift and Kelce are 36.

The wedding had a “whimsical” secret garden theme, according to the source.

“A huge smile never left either of their faces,” the insider said.

The source said the “fun” atmosphere included “so many games,” raffles and other “added excitement” for guests.

“The whole evening felt very guest-centric,” the source said.

“There was always something to do, see or play.”

“There was never a dull moment.”

Adam Sandler officiated the wedding.

A source exclusively told PEOPLE on Tuesday, July 7, that the comedian “said yes right away” when asked to officiate.

“He was incredibly honored to be part of such a special day,” the insider added.

Guests received handkerchiefs embroidered with lyrics from Swift’s song “Blank Space.”

After the ceremony, guests watched performances by Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks.
